论WTO框架下的云南边境贸易

On Yunnan's Border Trade under the framework of WTO

作者分析了20世纪80年代以来云南边境贸易的发展历程，进一步论述了“超越边境贸易的发展”这一新概念，概括了新世纪新阶段云南边贸发展的新特点，指出了中国加入世贸组织和中国—东盟自由贸易区形成后，在WTO法律、规则、原则框架下云南边境贸易发展的客观规律、发展趋势及其应采取的政策措施。

The paper analyzes the whole course of development of Yunnan's border trade since 1980s and summed up the new features of Yunnan's border trade at the turn of the century. It also points out some possible trends and proposes some feasible policy and measures for its further development after China's entry into WTO.
