关于贵州边远地区少数民族大学生培养教育的探讨

The Studies on Cultivatable Education to Minority Nationality University Student in Outlying District in Guizhou Province

贵州边远少数民族地区的建设发展需要大批人才,但是当地薄弱基础的教育向高校输送的生源极为有限。且在高校教育培养过程中也反映出若干情况,而毕业返回生源地下到基层建设家乡的更是为数极少。本文认为应有针对性地采取措施加以解决。

Although large numbers of qualified personnel has been needed in the process of construction in Outlying District in Guizhou Province, lacking elementary education restricts the numbers of new students in universities. The graduates who return their native place and look for job are in the minority, In addition, there are some troubles in course of cultivating and educating students. The author think that the suitable measures has been adopted to solve problems.
