摘要
FDI是经济全球化的主要推动力量之一,随着全球经济的不断发展,其在世界资本流动中呈现出新的特点。FDI是东道国引进先进技术,借鉴优秀管理经验的重要途径,伴随着要素的转移和重新配置,对东道国的经济起到有力的推动作用。FDI一方面弥补了我国国内建设资金的不足,另一方面也促进了市场经济改革的深入和产业结构的升级,在当前新的条件下,我国必须对自身经济政策及时进行调整,以保持和增强对于FDI的吸引力。
With the progress of global economy, FDI, as one of the driving force for economic globalization, has shown some new characters in the flowing of world capital. It is a vital channel for host countries to introduce advanced technology and draw experiences of foreign excellent management, propelling their economy with the transfer and redistribution of productive factors. In terms of our country, FDI offsets the amount of funds used for domestic construction, deepening the reform of market economy and upgrading industrial structure. Under current new conditions, we must adjust our economical policies simultaneously to attract more FDI.
