本文主要评介新制度主义的欧洲一体化理论。作为欧洲一体化理论的三大流派之一,新制度主义运用新制度经济学范式来考察欧洲一体化进程。本文探讨了新制度主义一体化理论的渊源,介绍了历史制度主义、理性选择制度主义以及社会学制度主义三大分支。然后,结合欧洲一体化的发展进程来分析、评价新制度主义的理论贡献与不足。本文认为,欧洲一体化理论中新制度主义的介入,填补了新功能主义与政府间主义之间的理论空间,为欧盟研究提供了深刻的洞察力和有益的视角。

European integration is a broad and varied field of study. Among the mainstream of theories of European integration, the new institutionalism takes one of the three main variants. This paper provides the illustration of the context from which the new institutionalism generated, then explores the intellectual resource of the new institutionalism. After that, it tries to explain the new institutionalism by dividing the theory into three approaches. Finally, it provides an overview on the theoretical contribution and shortcoming of new institutionalism.
