摘要
以产品呼吸和薄膜渗气的过程为依据,研究了自发气调贮藏蒜苔的原理.在大量试验数据的基础上,提出了一种贮藏蒜苔的新方法.这种方法不用定期开袋换气,因而具有省工省电、鲜度好的特点.用这种方法贮藏蒜苔,贮藏期可长达8—10个月,商品率可提高4%以上.
According to the respiration of the product and the permeation of the plastic films,the principle of the spontaneous controlled atmosphere storage of the garlic balt has been studied. This method does not need to change the atmosphere by openning the sacks and the labour force and electricity can be saved. By useing this method,the storage time can last 8-10 months. The rate of commodity has increased over 4 % .
