摘要
根据加热炉燃烧过程中易于检测的温度、压力和流量三组物理量 ,采用智能控制技术 ,进行系统辨识 ,实现了加热炉的智能与优化控制。现场运行结果表明 :控制效果良好 ,经济效益显著。
In accordance with the three groups of easily detected physical quantities in combustion process of heating furnace, i.e., temperature, pressure and flow, system recognition is accomplished by using intelligent control technology, thus intelligent and optimal control for heating furnace is implemented. THe result of field operation shows that the system features excellent control effect and high economical effectiveness.
