摘要
介绍了采用先进的工作站器材和无线通信器材设计了炼钢配方优化系统。提出了一种提高串口通信准确性的校验方法即带时限多次握手技术 ,并对通信的可靠性作了仿真分析。实践证明 ,该系统具有功能强、组态方便、通信可靠以及易于维护等特点。
The optimization system of steelmaking formula is designed by adopting advanced workstation and wireless communication facilities. For enhancing precision of serial port communication, the checking method of repeated handshaking with time limit is stated. The reliability of communication is analyzed by simulation. The practical experiment shows the system features powerful function, simple configuration, reliable communication and ease maintenance.
