长竹蛏苗的潜沙及耐干露能力研究 被引量:17

摘要 研究了不同大小长竹蛏(Solen stritus Gould)苗的潜沙速度、干露后外套腔存水量和心率变化.结果表明,较小的蛏苗潜沙能力较强、而较大的蛏苗失水较慢.耐干露能力较强.故选用体长4.00~5.50cm的蛏苗做为播种放养用苗较为适当;蛏苗露空后心率迅速减慢以降低代谢率.返水后10min,心率即恢复到原来的水平,故蛏苗运输以干法为好. The abilities of burrowing and out of water-enduring are studied for Solen stritus Gould. The results show that the small spats burrow faster than big and the latter lose water slowly when taken out of water, so electing the spats reaching 4. 00-5. 50cm length is the most suitable for transplanting to the seabeach. When taken out of water heart rate of Solen stritus decrease quickly and its heart rate return to normal when returned into water for about 10 minuts, so it is better that the spats are transported out of water.
