淡水鱼吸虫囊蚴的脱囊及体外培养

GETTING RID OFF SAC AND CULTURE IN VITRO OF FLUKE CYST IN FRESHWATER FISH

从淡水鱼的鳞片及肌肉中取得吸虫囊蚴,诱导其脱囊并进行体外培养,得到了卵形外睾吸虫(Exorhis oviformis Kobayashi).对诱导脱囊的因素及体外培养的方法进行了探讨.

First,parasite cyst was obstained from the scall and flesh of freshwater fish Psudorasbora parva, under three different temperature the cyst was got rid off sac by using one per cent pancre- atin and cholic salt. Then, the metacercaria were cultured in two different culture medium—— 1640 and 135, and finally Exorchis oviformis Kobayashi was gotten. The methods and key steps being used in getting rid off sac and culture in vitro have been discussed .
