(P,0), (G,0) SEMIGROUPS AND MAXIMAL (MINIMAL) REGULAR SEMIGROUPS

讨论序半群的(P,O)性与(G,O)性对序半群结构的影响,给出几类(P,O)序半群的结构;此外讨论极大(小)正则序半群的性质,得到极大(小)正则序半群与单位正则序半群等价的两个主要条件.其中之一体现了(G,O)性的作用.

The effects of semigroup properties of (P,0)and (G,0) on structure of ordered semigroups are discussed and some structures of ordered semigroup for (P,0) are given. Having discussed the properties of regular semigroups, the authors obtain two necessary and sufficient conditions which the maximal (minimal) regular semigroups are epual to unit regular semigroups.
