摘要
随着供应链管理模式的不断发展,核心竞争力成为企业竞争优势之源,企业可以根据对其的准确定位来决定未来的发展方向,因此企业核心竞争力的识别成为关键。在对构成企业战略三种观点进行分析的基础上,根据企业资源、能力、竞争力与核心竞争力之间循序的关系,建立企业核心竞争力的识别体系框架,即采用资源→关键能力→竞争力→核心竞争力的一种渐进化的识别方法。
With the development of Supply Chain Management, core competencies are the crown jewels of a company, and the source of sustainable competitive advantage with which enterprise determine the future. Therefore, it is essential to identify core competence. The article analyzes three enterprise strategic views. According to the relationship among resources, capability, competitiveness and core competence, it constructs the framework identifying enterprise core competence, and sometimes it can be called as a gradual methodology from resource, key capability, competence to core competence.
