摘要
家族公司是一种风靡世界各地的企业组织形式,世界范围80%以上的公司属于家族公司。以家族公司存在的经济理性及一般缺陷为基点,详细分析了家族公司的资源配置效率,指出提高家族公司资源配置效率的关键在于治理机制的优化,进而对家族公司治理机制的优化问题提出相关建议。
Family-owned companies have become fashionable on a global scale. More than 80 percent of companies in the world are family-owned. This paper analyses the efficiency of resources allocation of family-owned companies on the basis of the rationality and limitation, then puts forward some suggestions about the improvement of governance mechanism in family-owned companies.
