摘要
R&D与市场营销部门之间的界面障碍是影响我国企业创新过程中效率低下的重要原因之一。从流程再造的核心思想出发,分析了基于R&D-市场营销界面管理的流程再造依据,并运用这一最新的管理理论,对R&D-市场营销界面管理的创新流程进行再造。
The serious interface barriers existing between R&D and marketing departments are one of the important reasons of low efficiency in the course of enterprises′ innovation. This paper sets out from the key thought of process reengineering, analyses its foundation between R&D and marketing interface, reengineers innovative process of interface management between the two departments applying this latest theory.
