对分子标记在真菌分离菌株的分子鉴定、基因定位克隆、遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、遗传亲子分析及线粒体DNA遗传研究等方面的应用进行了综述。

This paper makes a comprehensive overview on the molecular markers' application in several aspects, that is to use it to authenticate the pure cultivating fungal strains, to orientate and clone the fungal gene, to build the gene map, to study the fungal genetic diversity, to study the DNA heredity characters of paternity and fungal Mitochondria.
