摘要
制度创新是经济持续发展的源泉和基本保证,民族地区的经济发展同样离不开相应的制度创新。民族地区的制度创新既包括以国家和地方政府为主体的正式制度的创新,同时还包括意识形态、价值观念、道德规范、风俗习惯等非正式制度的创新。
The System Innovation is a headspring and guarantee of sustainable development of economy.Economic development of ethnic areas equally cannot get away from relevant system Innovation.The System Innovation of ethnic regions not only includes a formal creative system with a main body of state and local government,but also includes the informal System Innovation,such as ideology,concept of value,moral concept,customs and habits etc.
