摘要
根据新制度经济学的交易成本理论,对我国的应试教育、"高考"制度、硕士博士生招生制度等三个与创造型人才培养和选拔紧密相关的环节进行交易成本分析表明,我国在创造型人才培养和选拔过程中,消耗了创造型人才自身过高的成本,由此导致创造型人才的搁浅或流失,从而使我国人才资源的利用率大为降低。对此应有相应对策。
The systems of education for test,college entrance examination and entrance examination of graduate of master and doctor are close related to the education and selection of creative talents.According to the bargain cost of the new system economics theories,we analyze these three systems.The result shows that our country consumes exorbitant cost,during the process of the education and selection of creative talents.It leads to the decrease of creative talents,so that the utilization rate of talent resources is coming lower.We should have the counterplan to resolve this problem.
