摘要
多民族国家内部族际利益的整合对整个国家而言具有至关重要的意义。将族际政治冲突控制在不致危及整个多民族国家生存的范围内,是所有多民族国家族际整合的底线,在这个底线以内,爱国主义无疑有着巨大的族际利益调适功能,这个调适过程是持续不断的,并应力求避免任何僵化的或倒退的方略。历史与现实都表明,民族的充分发育和在一个多民族国家中结成一个具有一致利益的共同体,更符合时代发展的潮流。我们所要做的是确保族际利益整合的公正性及建筑其上的政治合法性,追求各民族的共同繁荣。
Integration of interethnic benefits in a multi\|ethnic country is of utmost importance for the whole country.The deadline of interethnic integration of a multi\|ethnic country is control over interethnic conflicts of politic benefits inside the scope out of danger against the whole multi\|ethnic country.Under the deadline,patriotism has a great function of modulation of interethnic benefits.The modulating course is a sustainable stratagem without ossification or retroversion.All of history and realism indicates that sufficient ethnic growth and interethnic community with unanimous benefits inside a multi\|ethnic country more accords with the tide of the time developments.What we must do is to insure the justness and legality of integration of interethnic benefits and to pursue co\|prosperity of every ethnic group.
