摘要
大学教职员工工作中所产生的压力源有很大可能会造成某些方面及其某种程度的压力反应,当来自于工作中的压力增大或压力源增加时,个体随之所表现出来的生理和心理上的紧张度和适应性反应也必然会更加强烈。在总体压力反应方面,人际冲突和组织局限性是直接和主要的影响因素,而自主性与压力反应的相关则表现得相对低一些。大学教师和行政人员这两种职业在不同压力源的解释能力上仍存在着差异。对于大学教师来说组织局限性就是一个比较有影响力的压力源;而行政人员的压力则主要来自与上级和同事的冲突。
In universities,Sources of pressure occurred from staff work maybe cause pressure reaction in some aspects and to some extents.When pressures from work are enlarged or sources of pressures increase,individual tension and adaptable reaction of body and psychology become more intensive.In the aspect of the whole pressures,interpersonal conflicts and organizational limitations are main influential actors,and independence have lower relations with pressure reaction.There are different sources of pressure between teachers and administrative personals.To teachers,organizational limitations are their main sources of pressure.To administrative personals,conflicts from higher levels and colleagues are their main sources of pressures.
