法德轴心轨迹探析

Discussion and Analysis of the Course of the Franco-German Axis:

法德两国关系问题一直是国际关系领域中一个重要而敏感的问题。在冷战特殊的环境下,法德两国出于各自不同的考虑,实现和解,从而共同推动欧洲一体化进程,并在这一过程中建立起了密切而成熟的法德关系。然而,德国的统一和冷战的结束,改变了这一状况,法德轴心出现松弛,这一现象引起了人们的关注。冷战期间法德关系日益密切,乃是冷战后法德轴心松弛的原因,尤其需要指出的是,欧洲内部权力结构的变化是法德关系松弛的最核心因素,法德关系调整仍需时日。

The Franco-German relation has always been an important and sensitive question in the realm of international realtions.France and Germany became reconciled in the special cold war envirioment so that they could jointly promote the progress of integration of Europe,and in the course,established a close and mature Franco-German rela- tion.But the Unification of Germany and the end of the cold war has changed the state of this situation.The Franco-German axis relaxed.This phenomenon has aroused many people' s attention.The author first discusses the increasingly close Franco German rleation in three stages in the cold war period.Then Analyses the causes of relaxation of the Franco-gernian axis after the war and particulary points out that the change of European power structure is the core of the relaxation of the Franco-German relation.The author concludes the article with his own opinions about the prospect of the Franco-German relation following readjustment.
