As a fine result of the legal culture of mankind,public trial is also absorbed in socialist laws.The Chinese constitution ,the organization law of the pelple' s court,the procedural law,etc.have all defined it as an important legal system.As the public trial system involves many areas of social life,it must take into account of the material conditions of social life,it must be viewed in all domains,in three dimensional,multi-perspectives,form the political,economic ,scientific and technolgical point of views.
