Analysis of the Enterprise Structure of China's Construction Industry and Policies of Readjustment

建设部“十五”计划指出,建筑业要加快结构调整,企业结构调整是关键的一环。对我国建筑业企业结构的演变过程、现状缺隐进行分析,从市场结构、市场行为、组织结构三方面论述三层次企业结构模式。结合中国建筑业特点及加入WTO与国际接轨的需求,提出七点调整对策。

The Ministry of Construction points out in its Tenth Five Year Plan that structural readjustment of enterprises is a key link for the construction industry to speed up the structural readjustment of itself. This article offers analysis of the process of structural changes in enterprises of China' s construction industry, hidden drawbacks of the current situation , and discusses models of enterprise structure at three levels based on market structure, market behavior, and organizational structure. It sets forth a seven - point counter policy of readjustments taking into account of the characteristics of China' s construction industry and the demand of bringing it into the international track after entering WTO.
