勃列日涅夫时期农民阶级的政治立场——农民在苏联剧变中政治态度的历史考察

The Peasants' Political Stand Under the Reign of Brezhnew

勃列日涅夫时期工业化发展迅速,同时,也加大对农业投资力度,注意减少农民负担,增加农民收入。但是,由于固守农业集体化政策以及其它多种因素的影响,致使农业生产率长期低迷,农民的政治态度消极淡漠,直至1991年苏联共产党垮台、国家解体,农民始终反应冷漠,没有站出来挽救苏联党和国家。

In Breznev' s time, industrialization saw fast development . Investment in agriculture was strengthened. Attention was given to lightening of peasants' burdens and to increasing peasants' income. But the agricultural collectivization conducted by the state kept perpetually low of agricultural production efficiency. Until the Russian Communist Patty collapsed and the state disintegrated in 1991, the peasants had stood cold showing little enthusiasm for a political activities.
