摘要
目的 :了解肺结核患者血清蛋白电泳谱的情况。方法 :采用法国SEBIA电泳仪琼脂糖电泳技术检测 199例肺结核、41例肺癌和 3 4例健康体检者 (对照组 )的血清蛋白电泳谱 ;日立 70 60分析仪检测血清总蛋白 (TP)和血清蛋白(Alb)。结果 :肺结核组的血清蛋白电泳与对照组比较 ,前者的Alb明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,α2球蛋白差别无显著性差异 (P>0 0 5 ) ,α1、β、γ球蛋白均明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肺结核组的TP和Alb均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。肺癌组与对照组比较 ,Alb降低 ,α1、α2、β球蛋白升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,γ球蛋白无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;肺癌组α2、β球蛋白明显高于肺结核组(P <0 0 5 ) ,其余二者无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :联合检测血清蛋白电泳、TP和Alb有利于全面了解肺结核患者的血清蛋白成份变化情况 ,对肺结核的临床诊断和疗效观察可能有较大的参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the change of serum protein electrophoresis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The SEBIA agarose gel electrophoresis technique is used for serum protein electrophoresis for 199 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 41 patients with pulmonary cancer and 34 healthy controls, whose total protein and albumin are assayed by HITACHI 7060 auto chemical analyzer. Results: Compared with healthy controls ,the percent of albumin in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is lower (P<0.05),the percent of α1,βand γ-globin are higher (P<0.05),the percent ofα2-globin is not different(P>0.05),the level of total protein and albumin are lower (P<0.05).The percent of albumin in patients with pulmonary cancer is lower than that in healthy controls, α1, α2 and β-globin are higher (P<0.05), γ-globin was not different (P>0.05). Both of the percent of α2 and β-globin of the pulmonary cancer are higher than the pulmonary tuberculosis (P<0.05),The others are not different. Conclusion: Combining examination of serum protein electrophoresis, total protein and albumin is benefit for grasp the change of component of serum protein of the patient with pulmonary tuberculosis, meanwhile is valuable for clinical diagnosis and observation of curative effects of pulmonary tuberculosis.
