环磷腺苷与洋地黄治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床对照观察

The Clinical Analysis of Curative Effects of Adenosine Cyclophosphate and Digitalis on Congestive Heart Failure

目的 :探讨非洋地黄类正性肌力药物环磷腺苷 (cAMP商品名美心力 )治疗心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :将病人随机分成治疗组和对照组各 5 0例 ,治疗组用环磷腺苷 ,对照组用洋地黄制剂 ,用彩色多普勒超声心动图测定治疗前后心功能参数。结果 :治疗组总有效率 84% ,对照组总有效率 64 % ,差异显著 ,P值 <0 .0 5 ;彩色多普勒超声心动图测定治疗前后心功能参数有显著性差异 ,心博量 (SV)P值 <0 0 5 ,心排量 (CO)、心脏指数 (CI)、射血分数 (EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)P值均 <0 0 1。结论 :环磷腺苷 (cAMP即美心力 )治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效显著、安全、无明显毒副作用 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the curative effect of nodigitalis adenosine cyclophosphate (cAMP)'s positive inotropic action on congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods: One hundred patients with congestive heart failure are randomly divided into two groups. Adenosine cyclophosphate group (test group), the 50 patients with CHF are given cAMP for injection. Digitalis group (control group), the 50 patients with CHF are given digitalis. Color Doppler echocardiography is used to monitor the heart's function of the treated patients. Results: The total effect in test group is 84%,evidently more than 64% of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of the heart functions of the pretreated and treated patients assayed by Color Doppler echocardiography is evident, stroke volume(SV) (P<0.05), cardiac output(CO)?cardiac index(CI)?ejection fraction(EF)?fraction shortening (FS)(P<0.01). Conclusion :Adenosine cyclophosphate (cAMP) effects on CHF are notable, safe, not even side effect. So it is deserved to popularize cAMP in clinical applying.
