摘要
介绍一种低速A/D转换器来实现对高分辨率线阵CCD输出信号进行数据采集的方法,该方法硬件以89C51单片机为核心,以Intel8253作为同步控制器,驱动A/D转换,并通过软件实现对CCD输出信号进行等间隔、多周期采样.该系统电路简单、成本低、可靠性高,已成功用于数字水准仪的数据采集系统.
A method of data acquisition for high resolution output signal of linear array CCD using low speed (A/D) converter is introduced. The hardware is controlled by 89C51 single chip computers in this method. A/D conversion is drived by synchro controller-Intel 8253. Equal interval,multiple periodic sampling for CCD output signal is realized by software. The problem of low speed of A/D conversion is resovled.The system has the charactors with simple circuit ,low cost, high reliability,the system has many advantages. It is used effectively in data acquisition system of digital level.
