南水北调东线工程调水结果分析

Analysis of dispatching result for the East-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

本文以南水北调东线工程为系统,运用系统理论,以水量调度原理为依据对其结果进行分析.调度结果显示东线调水应急工程及一期工程的实施对于缓解黄河以北各受水区的缺水将带来重要的影响.与现供水情况相比,工程实施后的增供水量及其保证率说明东线工程的实施基本解决天津市、山东半岛部分城市的水资源紧缺问题.

In this paper, the east-route of the project of water transfer from the south to the north is analyzed as a whole on the base of system theory and water dispatch principle. The result of the dispatching shows that the emergency project and the first stage project will benefit the areas of serious water shortage. Compared with the present water supply, the added amount of water supply and the guarantee coefficient make it clear that it will solve the water shortage problem in Tianjin city and several cities in Shandong peninsula basically.
