摘要
本文用"二重证据法",征引文献资料,结合新得之地下发掘材料,得出大豆原产于中国、其时间可追溯到距今3000多年的夏代中晚期之结论。同时,考证出中国的战国时代已食用豆豉,西汉时代已食用豆腐。批驳了国外某些学者所谓中国大豆及其豆制食品系从外国传入的谬说。
Adopting Mr. Wang Guowei's 'Dual Evidence Approach', consulting documentary materials and combining some newly excavated archaeological findings, the author holds that Soya beans are originally cultivated in China, which can be dated back to the mid and late Xia Dynasty over 3000 years ago. Meanwhile, fermented and salted beans are eaten early in the Warring States period and tofu is eaten early in Western Han Dynasty. The author refutes the fallacy that Chinese Soya beans and other Soya bean food are introduced into China from some other foreign countries with ironclad facts.
