摘要 校本管理是一个具有国际影响力的学校管理理念和模式。校本管理理论的产生和发展适应了知识经济背景下复杂多变的社会需求。本文致力阐明校本管理基本理论和模式,并以美国校本管理为例说明校本管理发展的基本原则、策略和适应机制。 The reformation of School - Based Management(SBM) is becoming a hot topic in the field of western education administration. Since America is the original place of School - Based Management, in this article, we shall analysis the theory, models of SBM, and try to find out the principles & ideal mechanism of SBM.
