Philosophy is the homeland of times and the soul of civilization. For every philosophy, it represents the key profound thought in its own epoch. Philosophy can provide everybody, the world and its era with one kind of rational way of thinking, as well as the thinking scheme about common prosperity and harmonious friendship. Philosophy has disjunctive connection with our realistic world and times. Philosophy will not exist independently without its times, nor will it even refer to the development of philosophy. Philosophy is varied accordingly. Every nationality has its own philosophical thought and makes its own contribution to the development of philosophy. It is the necessary route for philosophy to have dialogue, make exchange and deepen understanding among the different kinds of philosophy all over world.
