摘要
针对小官庄铁矿西区的地质和采矿条件,分别采用采场地压的宏观调查、巷道变形收敛量测、三维弹塑性有限元分析和三维光弹性试验等手段,揭示了用无底柱分段崩落法开采小官庄铁矿西区深埋,软弱破碎围岩和缓倾斜矿体采场地压显现规律。采场地压的显现具有明显的分区分带特征,不同区带中的地压活动程度有很大差异,采场地爪显现具有动态特征。最后指出了影响采场地压显现的重要因素。在—260m水平开采中,采取了相应的措施,有效地控制了地压,获得了巨大成功。
In accordance with the geological and mining conditions of the western region of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine, the regularities of ground pressure occurrence during the excavation of the deep-buried, gentle-dipping orebody embedded in weak and fractured surrounding rocks were explored by means of macroscopic survey of stope ground pressure, measurement of roadway convergence, 2-D elastoplastic FEM, 3-D photoelasticity, etc. It was found that the occurrence of ground pressure showed an obvious segmental feature, the activity of ground pressure differed significantly in different segments or zones and the stope ground pressure featured a dynamic variation. Some important factors affecting the occurrence of stope ground pressure were pointed out. During the excavation of level -260m, proper measures were taken, by which the ground pressure was controlled with great success.
