Analysis on Occupation Education Legislation for the Farmer in China

我国农民职业教育已经取得了明显的成就,但与加入WTO后的国内外农业发展形势需要相比有较大差距,地区间的发展也极不平衡,最关键的问题是没有立法保障。

Works on the occupation education for the farmer had been made a great progress since liberation, especially the Reform and Opening to the Outside World. And the accomplishment advanced the development of agricultural economy. But we must realize soberly that the competition of agriculture had been at one platform after we joined WTO. Compared with developed country, we had many disparities on occupation e-ducation for the farmer, especially without the reliable guarantee in law.
