摘要
高师生是一群特殊的大学生群体,本文运用高师生职业价值观问卷对1365名高师专科学生进行了调查,结果发现:1.高师专科学生的职业价值观依重视程度大小依次是:人际关系、自我发展、贡献、威望、家族、物质生活。2.高师专科学生在职业价值观各维度上存在显著的性别差异,在家族维度上存在专业差异,在物质生活和威望维度上存在年级差异。3.二年级是高师专科学生职业价值观形成的重要时期。4.高师专科学生比本科学生更重视家族和威望的价值观。
A questionnaire survey aiming to inquire about the occupational values held by teachers college students of college students was conducted . The results yielded b the survey are as follows; that; i ) The order of ratings inean of every dimension given by teachers college students was; interpersonal relationship, self-development, contribution, power, family, material well being; ii ) The gender effect in every dimension was statistically significant,both the specialty effect in 'family'and the year effect in ' material well being' and ' power' were statistically significant; iii ) Year Two was the key period in the development of teachers college students'occupational values and Ⅳ ,The two dimensions of family and power have been found to have significant differences between normal training college students and normal university students.
