Of all the factors concerning school management, teacher ranks first. It is a primary task of school management to arouse the working enthusiasm of teachers. With a greater influence of culture on management, the traditonal reasonfocused scientific management mode has become more and more contradictory with multiple needs of modern teachers. Nonreason management has come to be a new trend in the teacher management.
