摘要
在学校管理的所有要素中,教师是第一要素,调动教师的工作热情是学校管理的首要任务。随着文化因素在管理中影响力的加重,传统以理性为主的科学管理模式与现代教师的多种需求的矛盾越来越突出,非理性成为教师管理的新趋势。
Of all the factors concerning school management, teacher ranks first. It is a primary task of school management to arouse the working enthusiasm of teachers. With a greater influence of culture on management, the traditonal reasonfocused scientific management mode has become more and more contradictory with multiple needs of modern teachers. Nonreason management has come to be a new trend in the teacher management.
