摘要
在农村高中生源质量严重下降的情况下,实施"分层教学、分别指导、分类培养"的教育教学模式有利于推进素质教育,提高教育教学效率和学习质量,促进学生的全面发展和个性发展,使每一个学生都获得学习成功,从而探索出一条促进农村薄弱高中良性发展的办学模式。为此,我们以新县千斤高级中学1998级两个新生班为实验对象,进行了为期3年的全学程实验。实验结果表明,学生的综合素质有了明显提高,潜能和特长得到了有效发掘,人格和个性得到较好的发展,每一个学生都获得了不同程度的成功。
Facing the decreasing tendency of student source's quality in senior middle school in the countryside,we think that adopting teaching structure of 'different teaching,individual instruction and different cultivation'is beneficial to push forward quality education,raise teaching ratio and study quality,promote students overall and individual development,make every students become sucessful,so as to discover a goodwill teaching structure in senior middle school in the countryside.Therefore,based on 2new classes of grade 98,we carried out overall experiment for 3 years.According to the experiment,the students qulity have been greatly raised,their potentialities and specialities have been properly discoved,personalities and individualities have been developed and every student's ability has achieved considerable progress.
