摘要
“教育管理者”和“教育领导者”是教育管理学中应当着力研究的重要概念。本文针对目前教育管理界在两者认识上的误区 ,认真分析研究了两者的异同 。
Education administrator' and 'education leader' are two major concepts of educational administration study. In order to get out of the long-standing mistaken ideas on these two concepts, this paper makes an analysis of their differences and similarities, and suggestions are advanced to properly cope with their relationship.
