李燮和列名“筹安会”考

李燮和对辛亥革命来说,称之为“元勋”并非过誉,可历史教科书和有关传记作品却把他说成是为袁世凯复辟帝制的吹鼓手。其实,李燮和列名“筹安会”只是有其名而无其实。因为他的人品、思想及诸多史料的佐证,都说明他对复帝制、废共和是势不两立的。因而他蒙冤受辱,理应昭雪。而这一冤案的始作俑者,就是当年被李燮和从清军手里救出来的陈其美。因为陈其美玩弄权术当上了本应属于李燮和的上海都督,为掩盖自己的丑行,陈及其手下的蒋介石就抓住李曾反对过孙中山及列名在筹安会大做文章,从而造成李燮和在辛亥革命中的历史贡献湮没无闻。

Li xiehe made great contributions to the 1911 revolution; however, many textboooks on history and autobiography ignored it and recorded that was a preacher of Yuanshikai's Restoration. Actually, Li joined the Chou-an Organization in name. Supporting facts can be found in his temperament and historical books. He was actually wronged by Chen Qimei and Jiang Jieshi. Thus, his contributions to the 1911 Revolution faded in history.
