摘要
分析了高校双语教学产生的历史背景,界定了高校双语教学的概念,明确了其性质以及与专业外语、公共外语之间的差别,预计了高校双语教学发展的三个阶段。力求为高校各专业双语教学寻找一些规律性和共性因素。
The paper analyses historical background of Bilingual Education in universities, defines the concept of Bilingual Education, makes clear its nature and difference between common English and special English, presages three development steps of Bilingual Education in universities, tries to seek some regulars and common factors about Bilingual Education in different uni-versities.
