摘要
目的 了解SARS期间各主要信息源发布信息的时效性、科学性及成效 ,为健全我国公共卫生及信息体系的信息收集、识别和发布系统提供决策参考。 方法 系统收集 2 0 0 3年全年SARS的各种相关信息 ,来源于Medline、CBMdisc和Cochrane图书馆光盘数据库 ;WHO、中国卫生部和美国CDC等官方网站 ;新浪、搜狐、雅虎 (中国 )等民间网站 ;11种中文杂志和其他灰色文献 ,并根据信息的科学性将证据分级 ,结合时效性进行分析。 结果 共收集相关信息 1195 5条。民间网站信息量最大 (占 4 6 .7% ) ;信息的科学性按手检杂志、Medline、灰色文献、CBMdisc、官方网站和民间网站递降 ;时效性按官方网站、民间网站、杂志和数据库递减。官方网站和数据库中的中文信息分别占 71.8%和 6 5 %。 结论 中国SARS信息对全球SARS信息发布的贡献突出 ,信息量和时效性均佳 ,但信息管制和深度加工还需加强。
Objective To investigate the a ccurateness and rapidity of information on SARS , and to provide evidence for de cision-making in the construction of the public health information system of Ch ina, including information collection, identification and release. M ethods SARS related information was systematically collec te d, from ① databases including Medline, CBMdisc and Cochrane Library; ② officia l websites including WHO, MOH and CDC; ③ non-governmental websites including S ina, Sohu, Yahoo; ④ eleven Chinese Journals and ⑤ gray literatures, These evid ence were graded based on their scientific sense, and were analyzed according to their rapidity of release. Results A total of 11 955 pieces of related information were collected. Non-governmental websites were the agents that released the largest number of information (46.7%). Regardi ng the scientific sense of evidence, hand searched journal was at the top of the evidence pyramid, and followed by Medline, gray literature, CBMdisc, official a nd non-governmental websites. Regarding the rapidity, official website achieved the most rapid information release, which was followed by nongovernmental websi te, journal, and database. 71.8 percent of information from official websites wa s in Chinese, while 65 percent was from database. Conclusion The SARS information from China has contributed enormously to the g l obal information release. Although the amount and rapidity of the informa tion were satisfied, management and deep processing of information should be imp roved.
