摘要
以氯化螺环磷酸酯和对氯苯酚为原料 ,乙腈为溶剂 ,三乙胺为缚酸剂和催化剂 ,在回流的条件下反应6h合成了有机磷阻燃剂SPC ,收率63 % ;采用红外光谱、核磁共振、热分析和示差扫描量热法对产物的结构进行了表征 ;对聚丙烯/阻燃剂体系的热性能进行了分析 ;将阻燃剂应用于聚丙烯阻燃处理 ,结果表明每1 %的阻燃元素可以使氧指数提高2.2 ,加入量为15 %时 ,体系氧指数达25.2 ,说明其对聚丙烯有较好的阻燃效果 ,其原因可能是由于分子中同时含有磷和氯 ,产生了协同效应。
Flame retardant was synthesized by the reaction of spirocyclic pentaerythritol di(phosphate acid monochloride)s with4-chlorophenol using acetonitrile as solvent and triethylamine as catalyst and acid acceptor under refluxing for6h in63%yield.The structure of synthesized flame retardant was determined by IR,NMR,TGA and DSC.The thermal property of system of PP and flame retardant was analyzed.The flame retardant effect of it in PP was investigated and the results showed that the oxygen index of the system could be increased by2.2for one percent of phosphorus and the oxygen index could reach25.2when15%of flame retardant was added.The flame retardant had good flame retardant effect for polypropylene because its molecule contains both phosphorus and chloˉrine,and thus they could act synergistically.
