关于苹果梨在贮藏期间发生密病原因的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本试验初步探讨了苹果梨易得密病的环境因素和发生密病的机制。同时也确定了可以初期诊断密病发生的时期,并且指出了控制密病发生的一些方法。也叙述了试验的不同处理与发生密病的关系,密病严重度程的区分、空气成分含量与褐变关系。本文又揭示了苹果梨是不属于呼吸高峰型果实即密病的发生并不是因为碳酸气影响苹果梨吸氧而导致环境缺氧所引起的,并指出苹果梨贮藏的关键因素之一为温度。 This experiment initally inqui- red into the environments and mec- hanism of ayple-pears getting wat- ercore Moreover, it is also defined the time of mital stage of waterc- ore and put forward some methods of controlling this diseaseo Besides, it relat the kelatronship between different treatments and happening of watercore distinguish orders of watercore severitys rela- tion between content of air and faxiness This article also suggested that the apple-pear is not belong to high breath model of fruit. It is to say that wafercore is not caused by short of oxygen because cardon dioxide can not prevent apple-pears from obsorb- ing orygen. Finally, this article revealed that one of the most crucial ele— ments of apple-pears preservation is temperature。
