This is also the new demand for social economy, science and technology, civilization development, and it is an role which can be acted in historical trend with economy and teconology globalization. We should explore and expand the new train of thought on international cooperation of running schools actively under WTO formula, participate the competition of international education market, propel the crossing development of our country's higher education.
