This article discusses and explores the backward situation of Western education, the poor qualities of labor resource, which influenced unfavorably on the development of Western economy and society by analysing the education situation of Western region. Facing this heated talent competition, Western region’seducation should take active measures to solve the problems which restrict the development of western economy.
