“百年大计,教育为本”,在当今“知识经济”社会里,教育对于人的自身发展和社会的进步之魅力与价值愈显突出,而在西部地区如火如荼的开发建设中,民族高等教育更是起着举足轻重的作用,因此,正视民族高等教育发展中存在的诸多问题,讨论解决问题的方法和途径是理论工作者肩负的重要历史使命。

Education is a key factor to influence one’s development and improvement. It becomes more and more important in this modern society, especially while encountering the Western development of China. Therefore , focusing on the situation of today’s minorities’high education , having a discussion on the problems and seeking for the methods are worth of doing.
