摘要
文章在借鉴全球虚拟业务框架的基础上 ,提出了一个基于虚拟产业群的汽车虚拟企业的概念模型 ,并运用博奕论等工具深入分析了基于虚拟产业群的汽车虚拟企业的信任合作机制。针对我国汽车企业发展的环境特征和现实困难 ,提出了构建这种新型组织的必然性和可行性 ,最后给出相应的对策。
On the basis of the Global Virtual Business Frame, a concept of automobile virtual enterprise based on virtual clusters (AVEBVC) was proposed in this paper. Using the tool of game theory, this paper elaborated the cooperation and trust mechanism of AVEBVC. After analyzing the environment and difficulties for the development of Chinese automobile enterprises, the necessities and feasibilities of creating and forming AVEBVC are explained and countermeasures presented finally.
