摘要
文章回顾总结了近二十年来我国经济法学基础理论研究的简要历程,划分了经济法学基础理论研究的两个重要阶段;对我国经济法学基础理论研究发展的原因和经济法学基础理论研究的三大成果进行了概括;并对今后我国经济法学基础理论研究方向与研究方法提出了见解。
This paper reviews the process of studies on the basic theories of economic law in China over the past twenty-odd years and categorizes the process into two important phases. Besides, the paper also expounds the reasons for the development of studies on the basic theories of economic law in China and the three significant achievements, and proposes some ideas on the orientation and methods for studies on the basic theories of economic law.
