DIS-ⅢA-Yu调查结果探讨躯体化障碍的诊断标准项目

Diagnostic criterion items for somatization disorders by DIS-Ⅲ A-Yu

采用朝文版诊断性面谈检查表3(DIS-ⅢA-Yu)的61个症状项目,对104名躯体化障碍病人进行检查,并以此探讨躯体化障碍的诊断标准项目。DIS-ⅢA-Yu61个症状项目包括临床上常见的12个症状,原文版DIS-Ⅲ里的43个症状和有关性方面的6个症状。这三个部分中,各症状项目的平均出现频率分别为66.7％,31.6％,2.7％;61个项目中症状出现频率最高者为90.7％(94例),最低的无阳性反应。根据每条症状项目出现的频率高低和考虑原文版DIS-Ⅲ的结构拟定出42个症状,作为躯体化障碍的诊断标准项目。

104 patients with somatiztion disorder were investigated by the Korean Version of DIS-ⅢA-Yu and the diagonstic criterion items for somatization disorder were approached. In 61 symptoms of DIS-ⅢA-Yu, 12 symptoms were often common in clinic, 43 symptoms were in DIS-Ⅲ and 6 symptoms were of sex psychology. In this study, average appearance frequency of the three of groups were 66.7%, 31.6%, 2.7% respectively. The highest frequency was 90.4% and the lowest was 0%. 42 symptoms were worked out for diagnostic criterion items of somatization disorder.
