摘要
完善国有大中型企业法人治理结构,建立企业高层经理人员的激励约束机制,是当前企业界关注的重要课题,也是我国国有企业改革的核心问题。现阶段,应结合我国国有大中型企业的实际情况,坚持物质激励与精神激励的有效结合,兼顾效率与公平,选择合理的业绩考核指标,采取切实可行的措施,加强法制建设,培育与规范经理人市场,保证国有大中型企业高层经理人员激励约束目标的实现。
The stimulus mechanism of senior managers in corporations has a decisive meaning for corporation's benefit . It is an important task to improve the structure of corporative management in national big - and medium - sized corporations and to establish the stimulus mechanism of senior managers, to which the corporations pay more attention. It is also a core problem in corporation's reform. At present, under a definite purpose , the stimulus mechanism of senior managers can be realized in big -and medium -sized corporations by connecting with the actual condition, insisting on the unification of physical stimulus and spiritual stimulus,giving attention to efficiency and justness, choosing a reasonable checking standard , adopting availabe methods .strengthening law construction,cultivating managers and making the management market standard.
