Systematic Disposition and the Economic Security of State

制度配置是影响国家经济安全的基础性要素。在不同国家、或者同一国家的不同时期,相同的经济活动由于制度配置的差别,可以产生天壤之别的效果。当前经济全球化的制度配置是西方化的,它给发达国家和发展中国家经济主权对经济活动的控制力带来了不同的影响,从而使各国的经济安全处于不同的状态中。发展中国家在参与经济全球化的进程中,要强化经济主权,最大限度地增进自身利益,维护国家经济安全,必须在制度改革上作出努力。

Systematic disposition is the basic element of affecting economic security of state.In different states or in different periods of one state,the same economic affairs may produce the biggest different result because of the contrast of systematic disposition.At present,the systematic disposition is westernized in the process of economic globalization. Thus,the economic sovereignty of developing countries and developed countries acting upon economic affairs leads the economic security of state to different conditions.Developing countries must reform their systems in order to strengthen economic sovereignty,increase benefit and protect economic security of state in the process of economic globalization. 
