Research on the Development of Spices Industry in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

三峡库区属典型的北亚热带湿润季风气候区,河谷地带海拔500米以下,冬暖春早,大部分地区年平均气温为17～19℃,自然条件独特,在大片原生林地和次生林地中蕴藏着多种天然香料植物可供利用,鉴于天然香料资源丰富和得天独厚的自然条件,应将香料植物种植纳入农业综合开发总体规划。

The Threegorges reservoir area belongs to the typical north moist monsoon climate area of subtropical zone. Under 500 meters above sea level in the river valley area , it is warm in winter and has early spring. The annual average temperature in most areas are 1719℃, their natural conditions are unique. In large stretch of the original forest land and the secondary forest land, many kinds of natural spices plants are contained to be suitable for utilization. In view of the natural conditions of abundant natural spices resources, it should make the spices planting to be included in agricultural synthetic development overall planning.
