A Comparison of the Religious Sculptures Development Base between in the Period of the Italian Renaissance and the Chinese Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties

本文从时代、宗教和雕塑三个方面分析比较了意大利文艺复兴时期和中国魏晋南北朝时期的宗教雕塑产生、发展的基础之异同。

This article has made a brief comparison of the religious sculptures between in the period of the Italian Renaissance and the Chi-nese Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern dvnasties. Having compared from three aspects, namely, the historical background, religion and sculptures, the article has pointed out the similarities and differences of the emerge and development of reh'gious sculptures in two countries.
